Popular businessman and political commentator Isaac Fayose is fuming and he’s not hiding it! In a fiery video making rounds online, Fayose lashed out at suspended Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara, accusing him of betrayal and weakness after photos emerged of Fubara visiting President Bola Tinubu at his Lagos residence on Tuesday, June 3.

Fayose, who had earlier thrown his weight behind Fubara during his political battle with Nyesom Wike, now says he deeply regrets ever supporting him.

“Fubara, that was once a sitting governor just three months ago, is now reduced to posing for photos,” Fayose said angrily. “One day he’s with the President in London, the next in Lagos, then outside Aso Rock or even outside Wike’s house. They’ve changed his destiny! He now takes pictures with his political enemies. What a weak man! I regret ever fighting for him!”

The drama comes amid continued tension between Fubara and his political mentor-turned-rival, Wike. Recall that President Tinubu suspended Fubara in March 2025 following their intense power struggle.

Now, many Nigerians are asking: Has Fubara sold out or is this just political strategy? Either way, Fayose is done — and the internet is buzzing.
