The Abuja court has officially granted bail to Samuel Ojeogwu, popularly known as Sammy West, younger brother of Nollywood star Regina Daniels.
Sammy, who was remanded last week over alleged charges of criminal conspiracy, assault, intimidation, and theft, has finally regained temporary freedom after his legal team filed a successful bail application earlier today.
Although his bail conditions have not yet been made public, a viral video captured emotional scenes in court as his mother, Rita Daniels, actresses Mercy Johnson, Doris Ogala, and activist Mama Pee stood by him in solidarity.
