Senior Pastor of House on the Rock, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, has finally addressed the viral video that sparked controversy online, where he was accused of pointing a firearm at a content creator.
The incident occurred on Friday, June 6, after Adefarasin was filmed in his Range Rover, asking the content creator to stop recording his car.
Some eagle-eyed netizens zoomed in and claimed the pastor had a gun in his hand, which ignited serious backlash.
However, in a calm and clarifying statement, Adefarasin firmly debunked the rumors, stating, “That was certainly not a firearm, and at no point did I point such at anyone.”
He reassured the public and promised to briefly address the “mischief” during the Sunday service.
