The 22-year-old was caught on home security cameras patrolling a residential street near Utah Valley University (UVU) on the morning of September 10. At 8:23 a.m., Robinson was seen driving a Dodge Challenger—the same vehicle he allegedly used to arrive at the UVU campus.
Then, at 9:57 a.m., the same camera captured him again, this time on foot, wearing a red t-shirt and gray shorts, a stark contrast to the all-black clothing he was spotted in after the deadly shooting.

The unsettling footage was captured by homeowner Jessa Packard, who revealed that law enforcement flooded her quiet neighborhood shortly after the attack, retrieving video evidence and searching homes. “There’s this weird heaviness… knowing the murderer was right here in my neighborhood is terrifying,” she admitted.
Robinson was finally arrested on Thursday after a tense 33-hour manhunt. He is being held without bail and faces multiple charges, including aggravated murder, felony firearm discharge, and obstruction of justice.
