NURTW boss MC Oluomo has finally broken silence over his viral “Kundusi” blunder that got social media buzzing! In a fresh video, he humbly admitted that he didn’t get formal school training, which sometimes messes with his English but proudly stressed that his own children didn’t face the same struggle.

According to him, all his kids studied abroad and even bagged U.S. and U.K. citizenships

“I didn’t go to school, I started in the transport business as a bus conductor,” he shared. “But today, my children are highly educated and can express themselves better than most people mocking me.”

Despite the criticism, he confidently declared, “Grammar won’t fix Nigeria. I may not speak English well, but I understand Yoruba.” He went on to reflect on his remarkable rise in the transport union, progressing from a bus conductor to the national president of NURTW. “From bus conductor to treasurer, to chairman, to national president. I worked hard to get here. I am not educated, but I earned my position.”

In a light-hearted moment, he added, “So they’re laughing at me for saying ‘kundusi’? Isn’t my child’s name Qudus? And you, with all your education, what have you achieved?”

MC Oluomo’s kids never miss when it comes to standing by their dad! Back in 2022, his son King West boldly shut down critics, bragging, “If MC Oluomo was your dad, you’d never lack love, care, or protection. Go find a father like mine!”
