In a shocking turn of events, popular Nollywood actor Jigan Baba Oja has been dropped as brand ambassador by Rods Hotels and Apartments, following his alleged link to a controversial celebrity group chat connected to the late singer Mohbad’s case.
The hospitality brand made it official, stating the decision was due to a misalignment with the company’s values and their unwavering commitment to maintaining public trust. The announcement has since sent shockwaves through social media, with fans and critics reacting in full force.
“In line with our core values of safety, accountability, and guest trust, Rods Apartment officially withdraws its ambassadorial deal with Jigan Baba OJA (JBO),” the statement read.
