Controversial auto dealer, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, better known as IVD, has finally spoken out about the tragic death of his wife, Bimbo, in an emotional and revealing social media post. According to him, he “saw 99” but God didn’t let him see “100,” calling the entire saga a carefully orchestrated plot to destroy his name.
IVD claimed that bloggers were allegedly paid to paint him as a monster, but he now has evidence, chats, and receipts to prove otherwise. He further revealed that Bimbo committed suicide and tried to take him with her during the ordeal. Despite the chaos, he said he did everything possible to save her, rushing her to multiple hospitals.
While vowing never to fall in love again, IVD said he found peace in someone new and promised to cherish her forever.
He wrote:
“Now my name is Ikechukwu Darry Ogbonna. I reside at Megamund Estate, Ikota, where there’s no fence. All neighbours saw what happened… you were never present at that point, not on ground or even called to ask what transpired. You went to pay blogs to cry that I kpaied someone.”
In the comment section, one user claimed he cheated on his wife “up and down,” and that he was now claiming loyalty to a new partner. Responding, IVD wrote:
“Never cheated. Cheating wasn’t the issue. She wanted to take all my properties. Go back online, she kept saying ‘pound of flesh.’ She is the problem. Everyone knows. Even the family knows. She is a big P. She has anger issue. It’s a threat of the family — na inbuilt.”
He ended the post saying, “Guys, I’m happy again. Boo boo, you do this one. God bless you.”
