In a shocking update to the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, federal investigators have uncovered damning evidence linking 22-year-old Tyler Robinson to the brutal killing.
FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed on Monday, September 15, that DNA found on a towel wrapped around the suspected murder weapon, along with a screwdriver discovered at a sniper’s nest, matched Robinson. Even more disturbing, investigators say they recovered a handwritten note in which Robinson allegedly detailed his intent to “take out” Kirk due to their opposing political ideologies.
Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, was tragically gunned down on September 10 while speaking at Utah Valley University. The high-powered hunting rifle used in the attack was later found abandoned in a wooded area, alongside ammunition engraved with antifascist slogans.
Robinson, arrested last Thursday, has refused to cooperate with authorities and remains in custody under strict watch. Reports reveal he even joked in private Discord chats about looking like the gunman before his arrest.
The assassination has sent shockwaves across America, with President Donald Trump posthumously awarding Charlie Kirk the Medal of Freedom while demanding the death penalty for Robinson. The 22-year-old suspect is expected to make his first court appearance on Tuesday.
