After two weeks of intense preparation in Ikenne, Super Eagles B head coach Eric Chelle is set to announce his final squad today for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN)!
Initially, 35 players were called to camp, but the list has now slimmed down. Unfortunately, five players became ineligible due to foreign transfers, and one suffered injury. The affected stars include Papa Daniel Mustapha, Waliu Ojetoye, Savour Isaac, Abubakar Sadiq, Philip Adejo, and Ifeanyi Onyebuchi (injured). 💔
Nigeria’s CHAN campaign kicks off soon with tough matches against Senegal and Sudan at the Amman Stadium in Zanzibar, followed by a clash with Congo at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, Dar es Salaam. 🇸🇳🇸🇩🇨🇬
