What a proud moment for Adamawa State! Coach Justine Madugu, the tactical genius behind Nigeria’s historic 10th WAFCON title win, has been showered with love and rewards by his home state.
During a special ceremony at the Government House in Yola, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri gifted the Super Falcons coach a brand-new 3-bedroom bungalow and a whopping N50 million cash reward to celebrate his brilliant leadership on the continental stage.
Madugu, a proud son of Numan LGA, was praised for his technical brilliance, discipline, and national impact. “He brought honor not only to Nigeria but to Adamawa State,” said Governor Fintiri.
Overwhelmed with gratitude, Madugu dedicated the moment to his roots, saying, “This was my personal mission—to show that we, the North, can lead and win at the highest level. I wanted to inspire a new legacy of respect.”
