Nollywood star Jemima Osunde has sparked conversations online after addressing women who believe their partner’s money is all they need to survive.
The actress questioned why many ladies set their life goals around dating or marrying wealthy men instead of building something for themselves.
She stressed that in today’s tough economy, such an entitled mindset is not only unrealistic but also limiting. Jemima encouraged women to hustle, earn their own money, and stop relying solely on men for financial stability.
In her words: “Work his ass off for money? Wetin do your own ass? You don’t want to work? In this economy? It’s like some of you think we’re still living in Bible times. My good sis, there’s not enough billionaires in the world for all of us to be housewives. You better go and look for work.”
