President Bola Tinubu has known advise governors as the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in their respective states across the federation.
Speaking on the reliable reception of Taraba Advise Governor, Agbu Kefas, in Jalingo, the president acknowledged the APC is led on the advise level by sitting governors.
Tinubu, who was represented on the match by Vice President Kashim Shettima, acknowledged that Governor Kefas had develop into the APC leader in Taraba Advise following his defection from the Peoples Democratic Occasion (PDP) to the ruling birthday party.
The president reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to supporting the governor and his cabinet in delivering vogue to Taraba Advise, noting that Kefas has been working to foster solidarity and harmonise the advise’s differ.
“I beg everyone in Taraba Advise to rally behind the governor and give a boost to him to succeed,” Tinubu acknowledged.
Expressing pride over the defection of a governor from the North-East geopolitical zone, the president added that he hoped Adamawa and Bauchi states would moreover join the APC-led federal authorities.
