The 45-year-old SKIMS founder made the emotional revelation during the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians while speaking to her sister Kourtney, as reported by *Daily Mail. In the episode, Kim was seen undergoing an MRI scan and later broke down in tears, asking, *“Why the f**k is this happening?”
Doctors reportedly told Kim that the aneurysm was “little” and not immediately life-threatening but would need to be monitored regularly. Medical experts say aneurysms — bulges in blood vessels — can become dangerous if they rupture, with **high blood pressure and stress** being major triggers.
