An American man identified as J-Love is at the center of a growing controversy in Nigeria, as multiple women have come forward with heartbreaking stories of alleged emotional and financial manipulation.
In a now-viral video, one woman bravely detailed how she sponsored J-Love’s trip from the U.S. to Nigeria, introduced him to her circle, and believed she was building a future with him—only to be left betrayed and devastated.
“There were red flags, but he was an American,” she said, revealing she spent over $10,000 on him, including covering his flight and living expenses. She described how J-Love initially treated her like royalty, only to later become verbally abusive, manipulative, and even called her “broke.”
Shockingly, she discovered he had stored sensitive financial data—including credit card details, signatures, and account logins—on his device. Emails uncovered on his hard drive suggested a disturbing pattern involving child support issues and identity theft.
“He listed me like a property,” she revealed. Other victims have now come forward, echoing similar experiences of being deceived, drained, and discarded after falling for his charm.
