Nigerian music executive Ubi Franklin has come out strongly to deny the shocking rumors of a physical fight between him and nightlife mogul Cubana Chief Priest at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.
Earlier reports had claimed the two clashed violently, with eyewitnesses describing a fierce confrontation that drew a large crowd and involved “heavy blows not meant for the faint-hearted.”
Putting the rumors to rest, Ubi took to his Instagram Story—before deleting it—to call out the fake news and criticize those who believed the wild claims. He further dispelled the drama by sharing a video showing him, Davido, and Cubana Chief Priest together on a flight to Abuja, proving they remain on good terms.
“Anyone who believes this story, especially the narrative on Instablog written by a blogger in an attempt for relevance, is a f**l lol,” Franklin wrote.
