Renowned Nigerian filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has expressed deep frustration over the rising incompetence among job seekers in the country.
Taking to Instagram, he pointed out the irony of widespread complaints about unemployment, yet many individuals fail to deliver when given opportunities. He emphasized the need for professionalism and skill development.
“I am so saddened by the high level of incompetence in our beloved country. A lot of people cry about not having a job, but when they get one, how efficient are they at it? I’m so pissed,” he wrote.
