Former Big Brother Naija contestant and actress Bisola Aiyeola opened up about the unwavering support she received from her mother during her pregnancy.
In an interview with Nolly Wire, Bisola recalled her mother’s initial emotional reaction and sadness upon learning about her pregnancy. However, despite her concerns, her mother stood by her, offering constant reassurance and fulfilling her promise to support her through the journey.
The actress revealed that her mother took on the responsibility of raising her daughter, allowing her to focus on building her career. Even today, she continues to play an essential role in her granddaughter’s upbringing.
“When I found out I was pregnant, my mom got really emotional and sad at first. But she told me, ‘Don’t worry, have the baby. When you have the baby, I will look after her so you can go back to work or whatever it is you want to do.’ To this day, my mother still helps out with my daughter,” Bisola shared.
